1. All refunds and cancellations are subject to the Venue’s terms. A change in a refund or partial refund is subject to the venue policy and may be granted at the absolute discretion of the Venue Owner. Locplay strongly encourages the Customers to go through the payment, cancellation and refund terms before making the bookings.
2. In the event any change is made to the booked slot, Locplay shall do its best to find an alternative slot. However, if none can be found that maybe acceptable to you, a full refund shall be processed within two business days.
3. The Venue Owner reserves the right to move or cancel a booked slot at any time and in such circumstances Locplay shall make all the reasonable efforts to gain a refund on behalf of the Customer or reschedule the booking.
4. The prices may be modified on the Platform from time to time. Locplay takes no responsibility for any change(s) in prices.
5. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due upon a booking being placed, and payment will be facilitated by Locplay using the preferred payment method associated with your account. Once the booking Service has been provided, we may issue you with an invoice from Locplay or on behalf of the Venue Owner, as applicable. The invoice will include sales tax such as VAT, if applicable.
6. In the event of cancellation of a booked activity, Locplay may withhold part of the payment as a commission for the service offered.
7. Locplay shall not be liable for any payment disputes that are between the Customer and the Venue Owner.
8. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
